Had a flight at @wormtownbrewery with a side of fried pickles. Brilliant beer. All about Mass in a glass.

East Coast Grill and Emma's! Both were great!

Lantana Cafe in Medford. Pretty good.

One of the kind for beef noodle soup & steamed dumplings (excellent); Xinh Xinh for pho

Solea on Moody Street in Waltham. Everything there is great, especially the artichokes and skirt steak.

Fat Cat in Quincy. Love that place!

Eagle Deli! The burger totally lived up to the hype. Breakfast looked amazing too!

The Grand Damme of Boston Steak Houses, Abe & Louie's. though to call it a "steak house" is to reduce it to the level of chains> It's really just an excellent restaurant that serves a lot of beef. Case in point: I had lobster. Yum.

Fox and Hounds in Quincy. Filet Mignon was fair and Duck about the same.

Went to @jmCurleyBar and had the "Don't F--k With Texas" Burger. It was outstanding.

Burton's... Derby st. Excellent... Cracker Barrel.. Wrentham... Surprisingly good..

Max and Dylan's Downtown. It was wonderful. I ordered the spinach & artichoke mac & cheese and added beef tips to it. :)

North Star (solid pre-TD Garden eats) and Anthem (fried twinkies!!!!)

tomasso trattoria in southborough! No boston this weekend. Try their pate, coppo di testa OR duck prosciutto!

I went to @ICOBar and then my h latter played beer pong at @ESKDboston ... It was pretty much amazing!

went to @RedLantern last night, was amazing! Highly recommend ordering the tik tok chicken and fresh lo mein

@dot2dotcafe for an excellent brunch if traditional Irish breakfast and also @grassfedjp @flour for BLT. Great weekend

I went to The Restaurant in Woburn! Best bacon and eggs around!

Had brunch at Gaslight in the South End on Saturday with 7 friends; brunch @ Seaglass Restaurant in Salisbury today.
Gaslight = 4.5 stars; Seaglass = 2.5 stars, except for the company I kept and DJ Lisa Garvey doing a "Brunch By The Sea" playing jazz, blues, and little bit of funk.

Tried the Kebab Korner at Wellington. Can't beat a $7.99 buffet! Marinated chicken was superb. And we got to see cricket on the TV - no idea what the rules are!

Tavern in the Square (Porter)'s creative Sunday brunch! Delicious, inexpensive, uncrowded BUFFET! The usuals of breakfast and lunch well done, plus innovative cranberry cheese hash browns, chicken sausage gumbo in pastry cups, honey walnut french toast, rosemary pork loin... and a make your own sundae bar! YUM!

At The Ruby Room at the Onyx Hotel near North Station I had a great portabello mushroom flatbread. It's a hidden gem even on St. Pat's, as the bar patrons were a cut above the yahoos lined up at the Irish bars down the block!

clam box in Quincy! And Zen sushi in Boston both terrific

Finz...Pickering Wharf, Salem...grazed our way thru oysters, then starters...entrees..and ended with more oysters...edamame fantastic...crab cake moist and delicious...Black and White Sesame Tuna (only get it RAW)...with rice and seaweed salad to die for...hubby had mac and cheese with lobster...but Wellfleet oysters stole the show...expertly prepared and served...a dozen lasted...about 2 minutes!

We were at the vestiges of the Oak Room on Friday night to say goodbye. It's passing is so sad. On Saturday night we were at Osaka Japanese Steak House in Brookline for the first time. It was lots of fun and the food was great. Tonight we were at old favorite Casa Romero in the Back Bay for wonderful mole chicken and sangria!!!

Went to the Great Escape, Salem MA.. This place is the old Essex County House of Correction, or more affectionately known as Salem Jail. Food was Good and the service was excellent, Sonia was our server. Free valet parking and Jail house decor.

Buono Bistro, North Andover. Excellent antipasto, even better company.

Beacon Hill Bistro! @jlewin is so great!
