Mei Mei Street Kitchen, hands down has the most amazing Mac and cheese. You can't beat toasted garlic panko.

Oh great, now all I can think about is macaroni and cheese. I love Abe & Louis but really most any steakhouse does a great job with this classic dish. I particularly enjoyed the mac & cheese at the Winthrop Arms which definitely lived up to the hype.
