Interesting Restaurants in Easthampton, MA?

I may be doing a food-based road trip this summer roughly following the Connecticut River between Greenfield and Springfield. I know all about Northampton, but have never been to Easthampton and know very little about it. From what I've seen on MySpace, there are a lot of artists and musicians in the town, so I'm thinking there might be a few funky, offbeat restaurants there. Can anyone suggest any dining spots that might be worth going to in Easthampton? [Go here to post a reply.]
