Excellent experience! The Perfect Pear was wonderful. Friendly Vermont hospitality, amazing food, awesome setting. This place was right on the Waits River in Bradford, Vermont. Across the street was a park and waterfall. The main dining room is very pleasant. Large picture windows and a pellet stove blazing, while we were there in the winter. It's in an old grist mill, with room to expand. They were in the process of building a deck, brewery, and brewpub while we were there. The owner, Adam Coulter, told us that "The Vermont Beer Co." was scheduled to open for business in early May 2010. They'll offer their own craft brewed beer, while pairing food that compliments the ale. This place is a must see! Can't imagine how wonderful it will be when we return this summer to see the progress.
