Six Great Pizzas in the Boston Area

photo of pizza from Denly's, Weymouth, MAOur slideshow series continues with a new one that focuses on great pizza in the Boston area. The pies that are shown here range from Sicilian to bar pizza to classic Neapolitan, and to be honest, it was so difficult to narrow it down to just five that we added one more photo, making it six.

There will be more slideshows coming up later this fall and into the winter, including one on burgers at some point. If you have any suggestions for slideshows, please let us know, thanks!

Most look good, you need to check out Belmont Pizza in Belmont, MA. Best traditional Italian style in the area.

Just tried Lynwood Cafe in Randolph based on their presence on your list. While it's a comfortable, casual neighborhood place, good for a beer and watching the game, the pizza is absolutely terrible. Toppings are good (not great, but good), but the crust tastes like it's a frozen pizza, and not a good frozen pizza. It was barely edible. What were you guys thinking?

What? No mention of Santarpio's in East Boston? Quite possibly the best pizza in Boston...
