Has Anyone Tried the Water Street Cafe in Plymouth?

We were in Plymouth yesterday and drove by a homey-looking restaurant called the Water Street Cafe in the center of town (more or less). It looked like it might be a real local hangout and was pretty crowded when we went by it around lunchtime. Any thoughts on the place? [Go here to post a reply.]
