Where to Get Steamed Hamburgers?

Last night the Food Network showed the Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives episode where Guy Fieri goes to O'Rourke's Diner in Middletown, CT. Once again, I found myself drooling over the steamed cheeseburgers that they make there. What other restaurants in New England make burgers this way? I assume there are a few in Connecticut, but are there any others that are closer to Boston?

Ted's in Meriden is one of a dozen or so eateries in Connecticut that serve up steamed cheeseburgers. Those who swear by their taste say you have to ignore the gray meat beneath the huge molten glop of cheese on top.
