How Is Sal's Restaurant in Randolph?

I can't tell you how many times I have driven by Sal's Restaurant on Route 28 in Randolph, yet I have never been to the place. They typically have some decent crowds there, so I'm wondering if it's a decent local place. Has anyone tried it? What's good there? [Go here to post a reply.]

Although I moved out of Randolph 8 years ago, I still go to Sal's for the calzones. They are the best I've ever had. It doesn't hurt that they have had the same lady making them for probably close to 20 years. Very consistent.
