How Is Plaza Mexico in Chelsea?

I noticed a place on Washington Street in Chelsea called Plaza Mexico while on my way to the Newbridge Cafe a few weeks ago. And I drove by it again the other day on the way back from Winthrop and East Boston. There seems to be nothing about this restaurant online, so I was wondering if anyone has been there, and if so, what it is like. [Go here to post a reply.]
