Where to Eat on the Outer Cape?

I've been to Eastham and Welfleet many times, and Truro and Provincetown maybe 3 or 4 times, but don't know much about the restaurant scene on the Outer Cape. I want to get down to Cape Cod sometime this winter (hopefully on a sunny, mild weekend), so it'd be nice to know about a good restaurant in the area.
