Restaurants Between Manchester and Rutland, VT?

I am hoping to get up to Vermont at least a couple of times this fall, including once around Weston (and the Vermont Country Store, of course!). If I go to Weston, I'd like to explore some areas I know little about, including the stretch of Route 7 between Manchester and Rutland. Are there any good restaurants along or just off of Route 7 between those two places? It looks pretty rural on the map, so I figure there might not be much in that area, but just wanted to check anyways. [Go here to post a reply.]

The White Dog Tavern is in Danby, Vermont - halfway between Manchester and Rutland - right on Route 7. The Chicken Tom dish is fabulous!
