Upscale Restaurants in Fall River or New Bedford?

Are there any really good restaurants in Fall River or New Bedford that are a bit more upscale than your typical restaurant? I'm not interested in a high-end, formal place, but it would be nice to know of a decent restaurant or two in the area that is business casual and serves excellent food. Any kind of cuisine would be ok.
