Best Place for Corned Beef and Cabbage?

(From Our Questions and Answers Feature)

Happy St. Patrick's Day, everyone! Just wondering where people go in the Boston area for corned beef and cabbage. Do any Irish pubs or restaurants make a particularly good version of this dish? Last year I had a rather average corned beef and cabbage dinner at the now-closed Brennan's in Easton; it'd be nice to find a place that does it better than the one I had there. J.J. Foley's Cafe in the South End does a worthy corned beef and cabbage. I'd love to know who does this dish with smoked shoulder, which is probably closer to the original Irish "bacon and cabbage"; they didn't eat a lot of beef in the old country.
