Papa Franks is a perfect find for the Winooski/Burlington vicinity. The food is as good as many Italian restaurants, cheaper than all...and the portion sizes are uncanny. They are heavy garlic users, which I like...but be aware...you literally will smell like garlic (breath, clothes, etc...) for the remainder of the evening.

Papa Frank's is awesome traditional Italian. The restaurant is homey and family-run, portions are plentiful, and the prices are very reasonable. When I was in college, we used to go all the time because you can't beat their garlic bread and the waitstaff was always super friendly.
