A number of the restaurants and bars that have been featured on the Boston's Hidden Restaurants site have been of the old-fashioned variety, as lesser-known places often tend to be hidden away in neighborhoods and are longtime local hangouts--or are newer spots that have moved into old spaces and "feel" like old-school places even if they aren't all that old. This latest list looks at twelve such dining and drinking spots, including everything from little-known roadhouses and dive bars to decades-old Italian restaurants and Irish pubs to a few that don't quite fit into the neighborhood spot category but that are still very old school in their own way.
The link below will take you to the list of old-school spots.
