10 More Gift Ideas for Book (and Food) Lovers

Earlier this month, a post on 10 Gift Ideas for Book/Food Lovers gave folks some ideas for gifts for the holiday season, with the promise that a "Part 2" would be on the way (because there are so many great books out there). Now the second part is out, with 10 more food-based books from people with local connections.
