Audubon Circle, a restaurant that is within sight of Fenway Park, has some of the best burgers in Boston. This Beacon Street restaurant can get crowded when the Red Sox are playing, but it is often quiet at other times.

Perhaps no longer a hidden gem, Uburger nevertheless serves some of the best-tasting patties in all of Boston. Uburger is convenient as well, as it is only about a 5-minute walk from Fenway (there is also a second location on Comm. Ave. heading toward Allston).

T. Anthony's is a popular place with both college students and Red Sox fans. Its location on Commonwealth Avenue makes T. Anthony's a favorite among Boston University students. Their pizza is one of the best-kept secrets in the Boston area.

Formerly home to the original Brown Sugar Cafe (a second Brown Sugar is still open on Comm. Ave. near BU), this new-ish restaurant has a fairly similar menu to Brown Sugar, with a wide variety of Thai dishes. Only a few blocks south of Fenway Park, Thaitation is both convenient and a healthy option for food.

Combine a great bookstore with a great dining spot, and you have Trident Booksellers and Cafe. This Back Bay gem is a terrific place to read the Sunday newspaper and eating pancakes before heading over to a Red Sox game.

Cafe Jaffa is an excellent Middle Eastern restaurant that happens to be pretty close to Fenway Park. Located a few blocks east of Kenmore Square, Cafe Jaffa is a good place to enjoy a nice, quiet meal before heading to the ballpark.

Brookline's Shawarma King is a small Middle Eastern restaurant in the heart of Coolidge Corner. The shawarma chicken is the specialty at this dining spot, though they have a number of other delicious dishes. Shawarma King is located on Beacon Street, so it is a quick T ride (or longer walk) down to Fenway Park from here.

Cafe Amsterdam may be the size of a shoebox, but this South End sandwich and pastry shop should not be overlooked. The sandwiches here are fresh and delicious, and the croissants are fabulous.

Dok Bua is a bit further away from Fenway Park than the other restaurant listed here, but this Brookline dining spot may just be the best Thai restaurant in the Boston area. And if you like long walks, Fenway is easily reachable from here.
