Everything here is about $2-3 dollars more than your average Chinese/Japanese restaurant. Even the soup!

The line passed through one door, by the counter, and out the other side of the tiny building. The long lines are gone, but the dogs are still just as good. World Famous Lawton's is worth the trip!!! P.S. Get onion rings on the side.

You can get the same incredible food as the more elegant Pier 77 upstairs, but in a tiny little bar area with a great view, filled with the locals, and a wonderfully eccentric atmosphere to boot! I had the standard Maine fare of a lobster roll and their onion strings on the side. The onions were amazing as was their homemade smoked tomato ketchup. We also had great appetizers and shared a wonderful chocolate dessert (it was a year ago so I can't remember the details). When I go back to Kennebunkport, this is going to be my hangout.
