The Biltmore! The recent renovations are great, and it's one of the few bars we've been to in the area that has really good food as well.

Lumiere in West Newton - beautiful menu; artfully prepared dishes; local ingredients including produce from the CSA I belong to, Siena Farms in Sudbury. Bonus: across from West Newton cinema, one of the few truly cool old cinemas around.

Comellas in West Newton.
Delicious Italian food - served quickly - tastes like it has been cooking for hours in the best North End Italian resturant. Loads of choices to choose from on the menu and very unique dishes known only to Comellas. Yummy!!
