Absolutely terrible! Bad service, bad atmosphere, worse food. DO NOT EAT HERE. the food was overpriced, tasted awful, it was not even close to anything 'autentica' and it wasn't even hot. It actually made us sick afterwards. They offered us chips and salsa and then charged us: 8 stale store bought chips, and the nastiest watery salsa I've ever had. You have to serve yourself from little vats that look like they've been sitting there all week. I'm amazed they're still in business. I don't usually post reviews -- this is a warning to anyone considering eating there. looks like the owner must've posted that other review, no sane person would write that.

Do you know how, when you bite into real Mexican food, it wakes up dormant taste buds (trumpets blaring) so they'll be ready to savor every delicious morsel? Well, Autentica restaurant in S. Hadley (near the theaters) has the trumpets lined up and waiting for you: the food is excellent...and the FLAN! Texture like cheesecake, taste of flan, this dish at Autentica is close to dessert heaven!
